Coding for Beginners

In this Grades 3–5 Beginner Coding Class, young coders will dive into the exciting world of programming - no experience needed! Using kid-friendly tools, students will learn how to give computers simple instructions to make games, animations, and interactive stories come to life.

This class mixes creativity, problem-solving, and lots of “aha!” moments. Kids will work together, think like programmers, and build confidence as they code. 

This program will be held in the Youth Agency wing at John Pettibone Community Center.
